Reservations & Cancellations

As an intimate boutique property, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business. To ensure fairness to all guests, the following reservation and cancellation policies apply.

Reservations

  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings.
  • Reservations not secured with valid credit card details or direct bank transfer within 5 days of booking may be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment for non-refundable reservations will be processed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

High Season

1 June – 30 September and 15 December – 10 January inclusive

  • Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, reductions in length of stay, or no-shows will incur a charge for the full reservation amount.

Low Season

All other dates

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, reductions in length of stay, or no-shows will incur a charge for the full reservation amount.

Rates & Inclusions

  • All rates are inclusive of 16% Government Tax and Service Charge.
  • Daily breakfast is included with all reservations.

Additional Guests

  • Additional guests are charged at IDR 600,000 per person, per night.
  • Extra guest arrangements are available only in the Jepun Suite and D’Atas.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • A minimum stay of 2–3 nights may apply during High Season, depending on the suite selected.
  • Exclusive Offer Packages require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
