Our Team

The Kano Sari team is made up of twelve dedicated Balinese staff, led by our villa manager, Novi.

Our in-house team includes cooks, housekeepers, gardeners, and security personnel, all working together with warmth, care, and quiet attention to detail. Some of our team are so local they are quite literally our neighbours, and their connection to the village is part of what gives Kano Sari its genuine sense of place.

Their role is not only to care for the suites and gardens, but to help create the calm, welcoming atmosphere our guests so often remember. From a beautifully prepared breakfast to an immaculately refreshed room, from a friendly greeting at the gate to thoughtful help offered at just the right moment, the team is at the heart of the Kano Sari experience.

Together, we also take part in village ceremonies and celebrations, offering guests a gentle glimpse into the cultural life of Ubud when the timing allows.
