A lush jungle sanctuary, the Sacred Monkey Forest is full of cheeky little macaques all vying for your attention (and food). Be warned that they WILL come after any shiny things or treats you have on you, so stow food, sunglass, cameras and phones before you enter. The interesting Pura Dalem Agung Temple, deep within the forest, has a real Indiana Jones feel to it. The entrance fee is modest and you may stay as long as you like.
