Best Rate Guarantee
When you book directly with Kano Sari, you can be confident you’re receiving our best available rate.
If, within 24 hours of making your reservation, you find a lower publicly available rate online for the same stay (same dates, suite, number of guests, and booking conditions), please let us know. We will happily match the rate and apply an additional 10% discount.
A few simple conditions
- The reservation must be made directly through the Kano Sari website.
- The lower rate must be immediately bookable and match all reservation details (dates, suite type, number of guests, terms and conditions, and currency).
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.
- The guarantee does not apply to bookings within 72 hours of arrival.
Once we receive your claim, we will review it and respond within 48 hours. If approved, the adjusted rate and additional 10% discount will be applied to your reservation and reconfirmed prior to arrival.
Exclusions
Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
- Package rates (including flights, transfers, or other bundled services)
- Auction or bidding websites
- Member-only, private, or closed-user group offers
How to make a claim
Please email us at admin@kanosari.com with:
- Guest name
- Reservation confirmation number
- Check-in and check-out dates
- The website where the lower rate was found
- A screenshot showing the lower rate, including date/time, stay details, and inclusions
