Force Majeure
Kano Sari Ubud Villas cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance of a reservation is prevented, delayed, or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, volcanic activity, war or threat of war, civil unrest, riots, terrorist activity or threats, government restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, power outages, transportation disruptions, or any other unforeseeable event beyond our control.
In the event of Force Majeure, Kano Sari reserves the right to suspend or modify reservation obligations where necessary. Guests will remain responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such events, including alternative accommodation, transportation, or other related expenses.
