Reservations and Cancellations
As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:
Reservations will only be guaranteed by a valid credit card. We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or direct to bank payment within 5 days.
Payment for non-refundable reservations will be taken at the time of booking.
In High Season (June-September and December 15 – January 10 inclusive) the refund threshold is 21 days. Cancellations after 21 days will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
In the low season (all dates outside those mentioned above) the refund threshold is 14 days. Cancellations after 14 days will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
All rates are subject to 16% Govt. and Service tax which is included in our price. This rate also includes breakfast.
Additional persons: 600,000idr per person per night (only applicable to Jepun suite and D’Atas)
There is a two/three-night minimum stay for High Season stays depending on the suite chosen.
Exclusive Offer packages all require a minimum stay of at least 3 nights to book.
